1. What AI Rap Lab does

AI Rap Lab turns two photos you upload into a short video in which the two people appear to perform a rap verse in a built-in stage. You supply the photos. The set, the camera work, the timing and the performers' motion come from us, not from you — you cannot choose a different set, camera angle or length.

The output is a 16:9, 720p MP4, about 15 seconds long, with a generated soundtrack. It is not a vertical clip. The music is generated by the model and is not a song you choose or supply; we do not guarantee any particular lyrics or vocal performance. A render usually completes in about a minute and a half.

By creating an account or buying a render you accept these terms.

2. Your photos

You must be 18 or older to use AI Rap Lab. For every photo you upload you confirm that you own the photo, or that you have permission from the person shown in it to have it animated and turned into a video. You must not upload photos of anyone under 18, of anyone who has not consented, of public figures or other people you do not have the right to depict, or of anyone in a way that is misleading, defamatory or sexual. You are responsible for every photo you upload and for any claim arising from it. We remove content and close accounts that breach this section.

3. Your video and what you may do with it

The video we deliver is yours to use, whether you bought one render, paid for credits, or subscribed. There is no separate commercial licence: a video bought with credits and a video bought as a one-time purchase carry the same rights. You may post it, use it in advertising, post it from a brand or client account, and deliver it to a client.

What you may not do is resell the generation capability itself: offer AI video generation to third parties as a service built on us, resell access to credits, or sublicense our service. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the third-party model we use to render, the video is yours to use as this section allows.

Because the video reproduces the likeness of the people in the photos you upload, you remain responsible for how you use it and for having their permission — see section 2.

4. Credits and refunds

One render costs 10 credits. Credits are purchased in packs and in monthly plans; the current pack sizes and prices are shown on the pricing page. Credits never expire.

A credit purchase is a one-time payment. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period; the current period is not pro-rated.

If a render fails for any reason — a model error, a timeout or a moderation rejection — you are not charged for it. Credits return to your balance automatically. If you paid for a single render in cash without an account, the charge is refunded to your card automatically. We do not refund a render you have received and downloaded, because that is the product you paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AI Rap Lab to depict a real person without their consent, to create sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, defamation or hate, to impersonate anyone for fraud, or to break any law. Uploads and renders are screened by automated moderation before rendering, and a render may be rejected without completing. We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section.

6. AI-generated output

The videos are AI-generated. We do not guarantee that a render will reproduce the people in your photos to any particular degree of accuracy, or that the motion, the soundtrack or the timing will match any particular reference. Renders of the same photos may differ from each other. The built-in set, the model and the output format may change as the service develops.
