Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy a render without an account, we store the two photos you upload, the render settings and the order. We do not create a customer account for you; the link to your result is the only way to reach it. When you create an account, we also store your name, email and password hash, plus your orders and credits.

Payment is handled by the payment provider. We store the order and receipt details the provider sends back, including the billing email it returns.

We keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

Your photos and videos

Photos are uploaded to private object storage (Cloudflare R2). For a render, each photo is exposed to our video-rendering provider, SeeAPI, through a short-lived signed link that only that render can read.

The finished video is not copied into our storage. We hand you the link the rendering provider issues for it, and that link is what you download from. That means the video lives on the provider's system, under their retention, not ours.

Retention. Uploaded photos are deleted from private storage seven days after they are uploaded, unless a render still in progress needs them. We keep the result link working — it points at the provider, not at our storage — so download your video when it is ready. Because there is no account behind a one-off purchase, keep the result link: it is the only reference we have to that purchase.

Who processes the data

• The payment provider (e.g. Stripe) — payment processing and receipts.
• Cloudflare — hosting, object storage, and the CDN in front of it.
• SeeAPI — the video model that renders your clip.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your photos to train models.

Your rights

Email us to access, correct or delete your data. Tell us the result link or the order number so we can find the record. We remove photos and order records on request within 30 days.

About account deletion. The site does not currently have a self-service "delete my account" button. If you want your account removed, email us and we will delete it for you, including your profile, orders and credit records. We will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in and a cookie that remembers your language preference. Payment pages set their own cookies on the payment provider's domain.

If the site has analytics, advertising or live-chat scripts enabled, they may set their own cookies. Where a cookie banner is switched on, those non-essential scripts wait for your consent before loading, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link.
